During my past trips throughout the state, I’ve found excellent hiking, biking, and paddling adventures, and there’s nothing better than coming back to a cute and cozy cabin to relax after a long day out in the wilderness.
Here are some of the best cabin rentals in Virginia to inspire your next trip.

This cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom for up to five guests in Virginia. It is located in a rural setting and 15 to 20 minutes from Appomattox and Farmville. It’s a place to come for waterfront relaxation, disconnecting from your daily routine, and living the lakeside life for a while. It is a quiet escape for people visiting the wine and beer trails and is located in the woods with 378 square feet of space inside. The surrounding outdoor recreation areas are the big draw for this cabin, making it a perfect adventure spot for outdoorsy travelers. Couples Getaway with a Great Mountain View, Bedford County
You can stay at this cabin for two people in Virginia and soak up the mountain views. The cabin is on a 165-acre farm between Roanoke and Lynchburg. Smith Mountain Lake is also close by. Available to rent on Vrbo, this cabin sleeps six people and has one bedroom and one bathroom. There’s a nearby swimming hole to cool off in, plus fishing, kayaks available, and views overlooking Cedar Creek. This is a fun place to relax in a hammock, lounge by the creek, and gather around the natural rock fire pit. There are chickens and goats on the property and lots of wildlife around the area.
