The treehouse was completed in the spring of 2019 and is heated and well-insulated. It’s among the white cedar trees in 30 acres of woods and has a queen-size bed with a window that looks out into them. It has a second level with great views, a kitchenette area with a fridge and microwave, and a counter-height table and chairs. Other offerings are Wi-Fi, a water dispenser, and a heated outhouse steps away from the dwelling. The host has an agreement with a nearby fitness center that allows you access to the workout equipment sauna, and shower facilities here. Guests can also get a pass to shower at the nearby campground’s bathhouse.
Yurt Style Tent - Shafer

It’s on a historic farm by a 500-acre park. This is the only legal overnight stay treehouse in the metro Twin Cities, Minnesota area. Access to the treehouse is by lockbox on the front door. It’s a beautiful location with around 3,000 acres of shoreline and private property on the lake that borders the North Country Trail.
