Yule Forest in Stockbridge has a great pumpkin patch to check out this fall. This is one of the largest pumpkin patches in the state, and you can take your pick between pre-cut pumpkins or cut your own off the vine. To get the full experience, borrow a cart and stem cutter from the farm to cut your own. When you visit, also check out the Old Country Store and take a hayride through the forest. There’s also a petting zoo, jumping pillow, puppet show, and outdoor classroom here for the kids.

There’s both a pumpkin patch and a corn maze at Uncle Shuck’s. In addition to the big pumpkins that are perfect for decorating and carving, you also can shop for Indian corn, corn shucks, gourds, and mini pumpkins here.
