Are you looking for that traditional Jersey Shore experience? Well, you can have it in Wildwood, where solo travelers, couples, and families can find a ton to do. The endearing 1950s and 1960s flare that can be found here and there is part of the attraction—also be sure to visit the local “ode to doo-wop” museum. But all in all, Wildwood is a huge playground for kids of all ages, with amusement parks featuring thrilling rides, water parks with plenty of cooling fun, and these adorable and accommodating hotels waiting to meet your dream vacation expectations, whatever those might be.

From honeymooners to those just looking to get away, this hotel will bring lots of pampering moments, and tons of relaxation. Take things up a notch, and get a room with a beach view balcony.
Adventurer Oceanfront Inn
The Adventurer Inn is made for families, with its close proximity to the ocean’s edge, and to Wildwoods boardwalk and water parks! Don’t feel like making your way down to the parks and waiting in line? Then just enjoy the sun-bathed pool, which also has a kiddie area as well. Guests will be able to start the day with a delicious breakfast right on-site, at the hotel’s own restaurant. So really, it’s all about convenience, and fun of course! And we can’t think of a better way to do family vacations. Mom and dad can even take a little de-stressing break via a workout in the exercise room.
Starlux Boutique Hotel
Morey’s Piers features a handful of hotels and an abundance of outdoor entertainment! Near the Starlux, guests will be able to enjoy an extensive mini-golf course, a fire pit area, and an airstream trailer that serves up ice cream and coffee at Starlux Boutique Hotel. Enjoy staying in the boutique hotel rooms, that all have special touches that make a getaway particularly memorable. Grab a complimentary outdoor bike and cruise around the pier, and to all of the amazing attractions it has to offer.
Pan American Hotel
Imagine being on your honeymoon, in Miami, during the high times of the 50s and 60s! It would be pretty phenomenal, to say the least. But instead, guests can stay at the Pan-American Hotel, which gives off classic vibes from this era. Indulge in access to all of the glorious amenities of Morey‘s Piers, such as thrilling rides, comfort food, and the sound of crashing beach waves in the distance. One of the highlights of staying at this hotel would have to be the Trattoria, a restaurant that serves up southern homestyle Italian food. And yes, it is just as comforting as it sounds.
Water's Edge Ocean Resort
Waters Edge Ocean Resort is a hotel that provides expected accommodations that check all of the boxes. Those who book here will have comfortably classic rooms to retreat to at night, and a spacious, quaint pool to spend those long summer days alongside. Wander down to the beach, and let the salty air flow through your hair. Be sure to try out the ice cream parlor, as they have some pretty epic-looking banana splits, and a gluten-free waffle cone!
Blue Palms Motel
Three of Morey’s Piers hotels make the list for a reason – they are conveniently located to all of the action, have an interesting theme, and offer great food options on-site. Guests will be treated to freshly designed rooms that have a touch of modernity at Blue Palms Motel. Of course, there is a fantastic pool, and visitors can get to the theme parks in a snap. Grown-ups can head down to the Jersey Girl restaurant at night, to grab an interesting and creative cocktail to cap off the day.
Gondolier Resort
Gondolier Resort is a classic beach getaway that will probably bring back some nostalgia for those who have been around long enough. From the pool to the overall endearing aesthetics, the Gondolier will delight the heart and the wallet. Many guests note that it’s hard to beat those views for that price! They also rave about the spacious, clean, and large rooms. Grab your sunscreen and towel, and hang by the pool, or meander down the boardwalk. Memories are waiting to be made.
Shore Plaza Beach Resort
We adore that everything at the Shore Plaza Beach Resort feels so incredibly spacious. From the rooftop pool, yes rooftop, to the wide-open guest suites, you definitely won’t feel confined. All rooms have queen-sized beds, and there is an option for a two-room suite. In addition to the incredible pool, is a kid pool, and a jacuzzi for your playing and relaxation. Being oceanfront makes it extremely easy to take the kids on a quick visit to the sand and water, then return for a little break. No sunburns on this trip.
Marlane Motel
Book some rental bikes, and cruise the one-block route to make your way to the boardwalk and beach. The Marlane Motel is ideal for just about any type of traveler, as a variation of classic rooms, with warm wood-grain flooring, are there to make for a cozy and comfortable environment. The pool is also heated, which extends its season. Grab a morning cup of coffee and enjoy a refreshing dip before kicking off the day.
Summer Nites Bed and Breakfast
So there is not a shortage of retro and nostalgic themed hotels in Wildwood, and it is awesome! Here, stay in a room themed around “The King”, a.k.a. Elvis, in case you young ones were wondering. Or maybe you would rather book the Marilyn Monroe room – – either is a great choice. Lots of little touches scattered about really sell the old-school theme. But we particularly love the diner, that serves up a delicious breakfast. Some rooms are downright luxurious, and might even feature a jacuzzi.
The Sea Gypsy Bed and Breakfast
The Sea Gypsy offers that intimate experience if you are the type that enjoys a rich history and lots of details. This 1900 Victorian-style home has been gorgeously preserved and turned into the quaintest of bed-and-breakfasts. Each room exudes a unique aesthetic, and guests can even stay within the old carriage house. With any great bed-and-breakfast stay, comes breakfast of course! And it certainly does not disappoint, with deliciousness ranging from eggs benedict and fresh fruit to pastries. They had us at pastries.
